Hello and welcome to Day 15 of 20 Days of Gold Making! Today's question is "Professions - do you have all of them, some or none? Which is your favorite?"

While I briefly touched on that, I spent most of this video talking about why you shouldn't drop double gathering in Legion because of Blood of Sargeras.

One thing I didn't discuss that I wanted to (I can be rambly, and don't want these to be 30 minutes long) is what the best professions are. In each expansion there are always one or two "Hot" professions. Alchemy usually makes a ton of gold, Jewelcrafting has been a high performer most of the time. Pretty much anything that can get free procs. If you have two professions that you really love though and enjoy using, don't change things up. As I've said, I love mining but hate herbalism even though it's the same thing. If my professions were herbalism and leatherworking, I'd never make any gold with them because I just don't like doing it. So in the end, the best profession isn't the one that min maxes to the most gold per hour, but the one that you enjoy so much, you're willing to go above and beyond: learn all the profession recipes, Google guides for it on YouTube, experiment with different crafts, and develop an eye for what old xpac items people might buy for transmog. When you're running old raids in order to get specific materials to craft an old Burning Crusade recipe, not because a guide told you to, but because you think you can sell it, then you've found the best profession in WoW....for you.
