• Deodorant containers
Steps
1. Place 3 tablespoons of grated beeswax in a double boiler.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of shea butter to it.
3. Blend in 1/3 cup of coconut oil.
4. Allow the beeswax, butter and oil to melt completely.
5. Remove it from the heat, and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
6. Add 1/3 cup of cornstarch to it.
7. Mix and blend thoroughly until smooth.
8. Fuse in the aroma of your favorite essential oil by adding 10 to 15 drops. You can use a single essential or a blend of 2 or 3 of them.
9. Pour the mixture into deodorant sticks or silicone molds.
10. Allow it to cool and settle for a couple of hours, then your deodorant is ready for use.
11. Use your deodorant every morning to keep you fresh all day long.
Additional Tips
• Waiting 3 to 4 minutes after applying the deodorant allows it to dry, preventing any stains or residue on your clothes.
• If you wish to skip heating the coconut oil, you can use the solidified form of the oil. Mix it in manually until all the other ingredients are completely absorbed in the oil.
• If you have sensitive skin, try reducing the quantity of baking soda to half or even skip this. You may also use diluted lemon juice or apple cider vinegar instead.
• For further aroma and enhancement, you may use cocoa butter.

Place green tea and ginger in a strainer or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steeping green tea for too long can leave it with a bitter taste, so don’t exceed 3-4 minutes. You can stir in a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach.
Rose Petal Water

You will need

You will need
• 1 teaspoon of chopped American or Korean ginseng

Roughly chop the root and measure out 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Bring water to a boil and then pour over the ginseng, allowing it to steep for 5-9 minutes. Strain, add honey or lemon if you like, and drink 1-2 times daily.

Dandelion and peppermint tea is a fabulous drink that will help keep your liver healthy. The liver is an incredible organ. • Keep holding for 10 to 15 seconds or until you feel some stretch and tension build up in your chin muscles and jawline.
• Relax and repeat 10 to 15 times at a stretch.
• Do this 2 or 3 times daily.

5. Jaw Release
• Sit or stand in a straight posture (spine straight).
• Keeping your lips closed, move your jaw as if chewing gum.
• Deeply breathe in and breathe out while making a sound (humming).
• Next, open your mouth wide with your tongue pressed against your bottom teeth.
• Hold this posture for 5 seconds, now breathe in and out again. This makes 1 repetition.
• Continue this for about 10 times at least once every day.

6. Tongue Teaser
• Consciously pulling back your cheeks firmly, stick out your tongue as much as you can. You may feel tightening of the cheekbone at this moment.
• Hold this position for 10 seconds, then relax.
• Repeat 20 times per session.
• Do this as many times as you can or at least 2 times a day.

7. Blowing Air
• Sit on a chair with your spine straight.
• Tilt your head back to whatever extent possible so that you face the ceiling.
• Pull your lips and blow air out from your mouth.
• Continue this for a few seconds.
• Relax and repeat about 10times.
• Do this set twice, or as many times as you can, every day.

8. Mouthwash Move
• Close your mouth.
• Blow out and fill up one of your cheeks with air.
• Hold for 10 seconds.
• Now, transfer the air from one cheek to the other as if gargling with a mouthwash.
• Continue for 1 minute and relax.
• Repeat 5 to 10 times at a stretch and twice a day for best results.

9. Cheekbone Massage
• Place your index and middle fingers on the depression under your cheekbones.
• Rotate them firmly in a clockwise motion.
• Keep massaging for 60 seconds. As per your comfort, you can extend the duration of massage to 1 to 2 minutes.
